How we handle your information
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This page explains what Go Maven Academy (Formerly Digital Maven) collects when you visit our websites or fill a form on them, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It covers gomavenacademy.com and mitsde.gomavenacademy.com.
Who we are
Go Maven Academy, formerly Digital Maven, is an AI-first school based at 373, Chord Rd, Bovipalya, Mahalakshmipuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560086, India. It is operated by Incanto Dynamics Private Limited, a company registered in India, which is responsible for the information described on this page. "We", "us" and "our" mean Incanto Dynamics Private Limited acting as Go Maven Academy.
We are the industry partner for the PGDM-Executive in Full Stack Marketing & AI, which is awarded by MIT School of Distance Education (MIT SDE), Pune.
What we collect
Details you give us in a form
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mobile or WhatsApp number
- Your work experience (the option you select)
- Which form you filled, for example the application, the brochure or the fee plan
Details collected automatically
- Your IP address and the type of browser and device you use
- The pages you open and what you click
- How you reached us: the website you came from and the advertisement you clicked, if any
- Cookies set by Google Analytics and by Meta (Facebook and Instagram). See "Cookies and advertising" below.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or passwords on these websites.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send what you asked for, such as the brochure or the syllabus
- To call, email or message you on WhatsApp about the program and your application
- To process your application for admission
- To see which pages and advertisements are useful, so we can improve them
- To show our advertisements to people who are likely to be interested. This includes showing them again to people who visited these websites, and to people who resemble them
- To keep the websites safe, for example by limiting repeated form submissions from one address
When you submit a form, you ask us to contact you about the program, and you agree to the uses described on this page. We contact you about your enquiry and your application. You can withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time (see "Your choices").
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- MIT School of Distance Education (MIT SDE). It admits students and awards the PGDM-Executive. When you apply, or when your enquiry needs its admissions team, we share the details needed for that. MIT SDE then handles what it receives under its own privacy policy.
- Google. Our enquiry database is kept on Google Cloud servers in Mumbai, India. A copy is kept in a Google Sheet that our admissions team works from. Google Analytics tells us how the websites are used.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you submit a form, we tell Meta that an enquiry was made so that we can measure our advertisements. Your email address, phone number and name are converted into a scrambled code (SHA-256 hash) before they are sent, and Meta uses that code to match the enquiry to an account. A scrambled code that can be matched to you is still your personal information, which is why we tell you about it here. We also send your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookie values.
- Cloudflare. It delivers the websites and protects them from attacks, so your requests pass through its network.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Google, Meta and Cloudflare are global companies, so some of this information may be processed on servers outside India.
If you choose a loan or EMI plan, the lender will ask you for information directly under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use two sets:
- Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are read.
- Meta pixel, to measure advertisements on Facebook and Instagram and to decide who sees them, including people who have visited these websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The websites still work without them. You can also control the advertisements you see in your Meta ad preferences and your Google ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for an application that is still open or because the law requires it. We review our records regularly and delete what is no longer needed. If you join the program, your records are kept for as long as the program and the law require.
How we protect it
The websites use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiry details are kept in access-controlled Google Cloud services, and access is limited to our staff and service providers who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your choices
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent
Email hello@gomavenacademy.com from the address you used in the form, or call +91 91122 07207. We reply as soon as we can, and always within the time the law allows. Asking us to delete your details means we can no longer help with your enquiry or application.
Children
Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us details, write to us and we will delete them.

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
